What next?

Get in touch with us to let us know how we can help you.  We'll then get the full details of the job from you and agree both an all-inclusive price and a date/time for the work to be done.

Remember to clearly label or move important items which are not to be removed as mistakes are unlikely to be able to be rectified.

Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to remove the following:

  • Paint, creosote, oil

  • Corrosive or noxious liquids

  • General household waste

  • Building waste, rubble etc.

  • Fixtures and fittings

  • Asbestos

  • Garden waste

  • Tyres

MAKE A LIST

If you're going for a partial clearance or maybe just have some specific items in mind, it can be useful for us both if you make a complete list of what's to go!

If a visual inspection of the property hasn't been completed before the clearance, the price may be subject to change if the inventory of items has been under estimated or misrepresented by the customer.

SAY GOODBYE TO UNUSED STUFF

Let's be brutally honest here, most of us have too much stuff!  Having a clear out can be a daunting task and something that can become a permanent item on your mental 'to do' list, dragging you down.

Do you have an 'empty nest' now the kids are older or maybe just a particular 'dumping ground' for items that you either don't need or  didn't even remember you had?

DECLUTTER AND DESTRESS

Having a good clear out certainly isn't easy to do.  Even if you don't have the time to do it yourself, charities are becoming choosier and choosier about what they will take even though most items are recyclable.

Think of the possibilities a fresh, clear space will give you.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made on the day of completion of the clearance by cash, cheque or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
